Salon Policies

  • All Clients must check in to receive service. You will be denied service if you refuse to check-in. Thank You!
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and Apple Pay.
  • No personal check accepted.
  • Due to high volume, CLIENTS WILL NOT BE SEEN FOR NAIL REPAIRS BETWEEN FR-SU, OR DURING PEAK HOURS. Walk-ins for nail repairs may be denied service without call-ahead confirmation.
  • It is recommended that clients call in advance when requesting nail art to ensure enough time is reserved for services.
  • Please be advised that management reserves the right to adjust or reduce appointment times, or terminate services if guest is tardy for their scheduled appointment.
  • We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be marked as a no show and treated as a walk-in upon arrival.
  • Scheduling an appointment guarantees service, but does not guarantee your service will begin at the requested time. Estimated and actual service times vary. Please allow for extra time in your schedule when making an appointment.
  • The time block for each service is an estimated value based on typical average time spent. Actual service time may vary depending on the selection of services at check-in and the condition of each customer.
  • Listed price for each service when booking online is for our lowest price package. Actual pricing may vary depending on the customer’s requests.
  • We may reschedule your appointment with a minimum of 24 hours notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • For group bookings in our private room a deposit of $100 for now show protection will be required. A minimum of 3 must be present at the scheduled appointment time. Any held deposit will be applied to your services at checkout as long as the minimum is met.
  • *No refunds.* If you are dissatisfied with your results or service at any time, we request that you alert a manager immediately.
  • Any client or children of clients causing a disruption to the atmosphere of the salon, or does not follow salon policy will be denied service and asked to leave.
